The limited edition Thomas Surfboards Happy Chap features the iconic signature abstract resin print of head glasser, Jake Bowrey.

The print lands a little differently on each seat, head pillow and cup holder, so like their surfboards, each chair is completely unique. This means when you buy this edition, your Happy Chap will be one-of-a-kind. It’s the mystery drop of the outdoor world!

Designed in Noosa, this special edition Happy Chap is a celebration of surfing, art and making the most of life by the beach.

When will my chair ship?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days from our Sunshine Coast HQ. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it leaves us.
Is the cup holder sold separately?

Yes. Cup holders are sold separately and available in all colours. Each chair has 2 spots for a cup holder, left and right, so you can choose your side (or double up).
How do I clean it?

Clean marks or stains on the fabric by lightly rubbing with dish soap, warm water and a soft brush. Sunscreen, mud, sauce should all come off pretty easily. If you want to give it a quick clean after a beach or camping session, just hose it down. Read more about cleaning here.
Does it come assembled?

Yes. Your Happy Chap comes ready to go straight out of the box. Just open, unfold and claim your spot.
Can I try a chair in person?

Is the chair tested to prove it's as good as you say?

Yep, it’s tested to EN581-2 Camping Level, which is a European standard. It meets strict standards for static load, durability and impact resistance. You can read more about our testing process here. (Recommended weight limit is 125 kg)
