We want you to love your Happy Chap gear. If something’s gone wrong or your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help sort it out.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know straight away. 

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo or two so we can assess it quickly.

Before you do this, please visit our cleaning and maintenance page to make sure your perceived fault isn't an intentional design aspect.

What's Not Refundable

We can’t offer returns or refunds if:

  • You’ve used the item and just didn’t vibe with it.
  • It’s dirty, damaged from misuse.
  • It’s past the 30-day return window.

How to Return Something

  1. Contact Us to let us know what’s up.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Send it back using tracked post (return postage is your responsibility).
  4. We’ll inspect it and sort out your refund or credit as quickly as possible
